WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PURPOSE MEETS PREPARATION?

We are excited to introduce our first keynote speaker for the Set Apart International Career Mentorship Symposium 2026 — Ms Shupekile Mwanza.

With over 20 years of experience in technology, Ms Shupekile has built a career spanning cybersecurity, digital transformation, IT governance, project leadership and regional leadership across Africa. She currently serves as Senior Advisor, Cybersecurity – East Africa Region, and is also a Board Member, Leadership Coach and Trainer.

Her journey has included leading major technology projects, working across countries, championing women in technology and intentionally mentoring the next generation. She is also a RHEMA graduate, bringing together a powerful perspective on faith, purpose and professional excellence.
