At CASDA (Climate and Sustainable Development Action), we envision a world that is sustainably developed, free from pollution, and free from climate injustice.

Our mission is to drive global climate and sustainable development action through strategic initiatives that integrate environmental, social, and economic sustainability.

CASDA IS RECRUITING INTERNS

Climate and Sustainable Development Action (CASDA) is a registered Zambian NGO working to integrate climate action into sustainable development, tackling climate change through community-based initiatives in green technology, climate-smart agriculture, climate resilience, and sustainable green cities. We are currently pursuing local and international funding, including EU and multilateral partners, to scale our impact.

Are you a Grade 12 school leaver, a recent graduate, or simply passionate about climate change and sustainable development? CASDA wants you.
We are offering a six-month internship (extendable) where you will be trained hands-on in ESG frameworks, climate project development, and grant proposal writing, working alongside our team to build the organization, grow its visibility, and drive its activities forward.

Remote, with occasional physical meetings as needed
Unpaid, with training provided.

Interns who successfully complete the program become permanent members of the organization, and once funding is secured, will be placed on the payroll
Our goal is simple: to grow together, build CASDA into an active, visible force for climate action, and build a successful organization, together.
Requirements

Grade 12 school leaver, recent graduate, or aspiring climate/sustainable development professional
Preferably has a laptop and stable internet access
No experience necessary, just passion and commitment
