MEMBERSHIP
Membership shall be from within LUANSHYA area aged above 18 years and those willing to associate with it, all those intending to join the organisation shall be required to pay a membership fee of k50 and a monthly subscription of k10 non refondable. The group shall be managed by a committee to be elected during the general elections every
after a period of one(1) year. The committee will be running the affairs of the group with advice from the Department of Community Development, this committee will consist of 17 members. OFFICE BEARERS; The group shall have the following as as office bearer;
Chairperson/Vice, Secretary/Vice Publicity Secretary/Vice Treasurer/Vice, Programmes Co-ordinator/Vice, Two Chief Advicers and five (5) committee members. Executive meeting shall be called by the secretary once every week and the general meeting shall be held once per month to review the activities and performance of the group. Finances: All the financial matters will be the treasurer with the help of the secretary when it comes to financial records, group money shall be kept in the registered financal bank which will be agreed by the members of the organisation at an appropriate time. The group shall have three (3) signatories (Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary). The elections for the office bearers shall be conducted every after one (1) year but if need arises to replace, the group shall not wait for one year but will replace before the stipulated election period. The group shall not entertain indiscipline within the group and measurers shall be taken to such found waiting when group rules are violated. The following are the measures that shall be applied;
* Verbal warning
* Warning in writing
* Suspension
* Termination of membership if found guilt. An elected office shall cease to hold office if;
> Dies or resigns from office
> Is not re-elected for another term
> Misconducts or charged with criminal offences
> Becomes of unsound mind
> Stops attending meetings for two consective months. CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT
if need arises, the member of the group shall amend the constitution on such areas which need to be amended and this shall be done during the general meetings
DISSPOSAL OF ASSETS
if anything happens that the group is defunct, the group shall seek advice from LUANSHYA MAGISTRITE COURT on how the assets shall be disposed of.
