Dear Friends and Topping Crue Foundation (TCF) Supporters,

As we find ourselves in the time of year to reflect, give thanks, and show love to those we appreciate and care about, I want to share a message as founder and director of TCF.

Looking back at the beginning of the TCF Foundation, all I can say is… wow! What started as a small dream to provide free educational opportunities for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children with 15 children only and today TCF has grown into something so much more. I’m endlessly grateful to every partner who has become part of the TCF Family.

It didn't come easy along the way, and many people have put time and dedication into something they can see has massive potential to create positive change in our community. To those who have stepped into my dream world, I thank you and iam forever indebted to you. I am grateful for the time, financial resources and energy you have put into the families that depend on what we offer at TCF.

To those just discovered Topping Crue Foundation, welcome! If we’ve achieved so much with dreams and passion, imagine what we can do with expanded resources, renewed energy, and a shared commitment to our mission.

TCF is now 9 years old, and this milestone marks a turning point. We’ve shown what we can accomplish, but to grow and push forward, we need your unqualified support please come on board. As we enter this season of reflection, I invite you to dream with me, us and imagine the possibilities we can accomplish together. Together, we can strengthen the next generation of Tomorrow's leaders, guided by creativity, resilience, and humanity by giving them the best key ever 'education'.

As I reflect on all we’ve accomplished, I feel immense pride in planting that first tiny seed. It has grown into a garden of potential I could never have imagined.

If you believe in our dream, please help us continue offering this safe, education space and support for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children who without your support with never have a chance to be educated, reach their full potential and thrive. Your contribution has a substantial impact because 100% of your donation goes to the vulnerable Children's education project. Unlike many non-profits with considerable overhead or corporate salaries. 80% of our staff are volunteers, so your kindness is totally dedicated to supporting the vulnerable children.

Topping Crue Foundation was established in Libuyu Township in Livingstone District Zambia Africa, on 10th, October, 2015 as a community based organization aimed at fighting vulnerability in general.The Words TO.P.P.I.N.G.stands,for TO. Together .P. people. P. Partnering,I. in, N.Noble, G. generosity. while C.R.U.E. stands, for C.creating, R.reliable U.upliftings, for E- everyone vulnerable. And was incorporated as a non-profit organization on 10th October, 2016.It was created to fighting the high poverty and vulnerability levels in Zambia. And in achieving this it strives to carry out a number of projects which are directly linked to or are the major causes of poverty and vulnerability levels which is standing at Sixty percent of people in Zambia live below the poverty line and 42 percent are considered to be extremely poor. In both rural and urban households, poverty levels are highest amongst female-headed households with extreme poverty levels of more than 60percent in rural areas and 15percent in urban areas. The organization was also created to address the high unemployment rate standing at 42.1 it was also created to Contributing the fight against HIV-AIDS. The number of HIV and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) orphans is estimated at 1.5 million which means that one in five children in the country is an orphan.

Hence through its education and community empowerment projects the organization strives to address these challenges education, poverty, unemployment, Gender equality, climatic change, good governance, promotion of women and girls rights promotion of good health through palliative care projects, caring for disabled as well as promotion of disabled rights and the fight against HIV-AIDs at grass-root level. We at creating evenly opportunities for all through grass-root community education and community empowerment.
