Building a Stronger and More Sustainable ReachAll

Today, Friday, 21 August 2026, ReachAll successfully concluded a three-day In-Person Resource Mobilization Capacity Development Training for its staff.

The training was facilitated by Dr. William Sam Phiri, Specialist Consultant in Resource Mobilisation at Keno Institute of Training & Research, and was made possible through the generous support of the Zambian Governance Foundation (ZGF) under the Civil Society Strengthening Fund (CSSF).

Beyond strengthening the knowledge, skills and confidence of our team in resource mobilisation, the training has resulted in the development of ReachAll’s three-year Resource Mobilization Strategy and Plan (2026–2029) a critical roadmap for diversifying our funding base, strengthening strategic partnerships, increasing organisational sustainability, and mobilising resources to expand our impact.

We are grateful to Zambian Governance Foundation through the CSSF for investing in the institutional capacity of ReachAll and to Keno Institute of Training and Research for their expertise and facilitation.

đź’ĄLooking back at July, ReachAll was delighted to host the Global Girls GLOW team during their visit to Livingstone.

The visit included interactions with mentors and learners, alumni interviews and club sessions at Dambwa Primary School, where girls created vision boards and reflected on their dreams and aspirations.

Through these activities, GLOW Club members were encouraged to express themselves, build confidence and strengthen friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

đź“š Exploring Rights Through Litclub Clubs.

During recent litclub Club sessions members explored the rights they believe every person in their community should have.

The discussion encouraged learners to reflect on important questions such as:
-What basic needs should be met?
-What should everyone have access to?
-What rights are important for people to live with dignity and opportunity?

It is through these discussions that learners have the opportunity to develop their literacy skills while exploring important issues that affect their lives and communities.

We are incredibly proud to share that ReachAll has been recognized by Global Girls Glow for the dedication to empowering girls through GLOW Clubs.

At ReachAll, we believe that a GLOW Club is more than just a club it is a safe space where girls are encouraged to discover their potential, build self-confidence, develop leadership skills, and find their voices. Every mentoring session is an opportunity to inspire girls to become confident leaders and positive changemakers in their communities.

This recognition motivates us to continue investing in the lives of girls through mentorship, leadership development, and creating environments where they can thrive.
