NAME
The name of this club shall be called Adolescents And Youths Club, referred to hereafter as AY CLUB.
LEGALITY STATUS
Adolescents And Youths Club referred in AY Club it's shall be a legal entity registered with Livingstone City Council.
Adolescents And Youths Club is duly registered club, Certificate of registration and in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act of No. 2 of 2019 of the Law of Zambia.
Adolescents And Youths Club shall be registered under office of the Livingstone City Council and shall also affiliate to other local and International agencies which it deems fit.
Adolescents And Youths Club was established and legally registered in 2023 with the Livingstone City Council on 09 August, 2023.
HEAD OFFICES
The Registered Office of Adolescents And Youths Club shall be situated or located in Livingstone, Zambia.

Plot number; 2072/79 Maramba Linda Road, at MERCY TABERNACLE CHURCH (P.A.O.G), opposite or behind MARAMBA MAIN SDA CHURCH, Maramba Ward, Messenger Area, Near Maramba Market, Livingstone-Zambia.
AREA OF OPERATION
The operations of the club will be concentrated within and Livingstone district. But shall extend it's services and all other activities to other parts of Zambia, SADC Region, COMESA Region and International level.

WHO ARE WE
This is interdenominational group of Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths.
This is a group of young people who come from different walks of life who are dissatisfied with the current situation in the world and have come together with the view of reducing Unwanted/Unplanned Pregnancies, HIV/AIDS, other STI's Infection, Drug and Substance Abuse, Unemployment, GBV, Early Marriages, Poverty, Climate Change, Su***de and Mental Illness by 75% or possibly to end in the world through our programs.
AY Club work primarily target Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths while we are also working with policy makers, civic and traditional leaders, religious leaders, teachers, parents, guidances, community gate keepers and other key Stakeholders.
AY Club placed premium on working, partnering, strengthen collaboration and engagement with other Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths in Corporates, Communities, Clubs, Churches, Organizations, Health Facilities and etc.
AY Club is working hand in hand with the currently government.
VISION
AY Club is advocate championing various and several issues affecting Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths. We are passionately are Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) issues, Social issues and Governance related issues.
MISSION
Supporting Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths enjoying Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Championing and Strengthening the capacity of Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths to be SRHR champions.
OBJECTIVES AND AIMS
Promoting and fostering good corporate relationships in order to avail the in numerous income generating ventures, employment and empowerment opportunities.
Empowering, Advocating, Mentoring, Educating and improving livelihood for Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths.
To rise funds, receive contributions and where appropriate, to finance the programs, activities and projects or to undertake, as funds become available community based projects.
The club is aiming at helping Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths to understand Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) issues, Social issues, Governance issues and personal development.
To advocacy on issues concerning the Adolescents, Young People, Teenagers and Youths welfare, community, district as a whole and to encourage and promote dialogue with stakeholders.

Notice; when it comes to source of income activities, Adolescents And Youths Club is a multi-purpose club this means that we are capable and able to do everything and anything, we are doing several, numerous and various income generating ventures and business activities we are not limited for as long as it's legal and genuine income generating ventures and business activities we shall venture into it, diversity into it, go into it and invest into it in order to get a profit. The profile may be in the form of money, resources, accreditation, recognition and satisfaction and this should be beneficial to the club.
