The world Health organization defines mental health as a state of wellbeing in which every individual realizes his potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life , work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to their community. Premised on the benefit that mental wellbeing is a cornerstone of families and communities, Ntanda provides Psycho-social support and educati

onal services and creates safe space where individuals, families and communities are able to recognize and actualize their truest and fullest potential. The organisations community centre-based programming , which includes preventative and carries therapeutic services, empowers individuals to heal from past trauma, have their strengths and foster trust and confidence that will enable them to make decisions to build more positive futures.
