🌟 Special Invitation to All Prospective Rotarians - District Governor's Visit 🌟

Dear Prospective Rotarians,

You are warmly invited to join us for a very special occasion as we host the District Governor (DG) of Rotary District 9210 on 2–3 August 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity to experience Rotary up close, meet our club leadership, and connect with the Governor who represents our region.

Who Is the District Governor?

The DG is Rotary International's official representative in our district. He provides leadership, supports clubs, and inspires Rotarians to create greater impact. Rotary is organized globally through Rotary International, which is divided into Zones, then Districts, and finally individual Rotary Clubs. Our club is one of the clubs in District 9210, and the DG serves as the leader of all clubs in the district during the Rotary year.

Why This Matters for You:

• Meet and interact with the District Governor.
• Hear his vision for the 2026–2027 Rotary year.
• Learn how Rotary creates lasting impact in communities.
• Experience Rotary fellowship and service firsthand.

One of the DG's key priorities this year is to grow District 9210 with more than 1,200 members, and we are excited that you are part of that journey.

🤝 Strengthening International Partnerships | Creating Lasting Impact

The Rotary Club of Livingstone was honoured to host Mr. Glenn Musser from the Rotary Club of Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania, USA, for our first official fellowship meeting of the 2026–2027 Rotary year.

A key highlight of the evening was the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between our two clubs, reaffirming our shared commitment to the Living Water for Macha Global Grant Project.

This partnership will support the provision of safe water, sanitation, and solar power at Macha Mission Hospital, bringing sustainable solutions that will benefit the community for years to come.

Beyond the signing, the evening celebrated the true spirit of Rotary—building friendships across borders, strengthening partnerships, and working together in service to others.

Together, we are creating lasting impact.

At his induction as President of the Rotary Club of Livingstone, he shared a simple vision for the year ahead:

"My hope is that when this Rotary year comes to an end, people will remember not the office we held, but the lives we touched, the friendships we built, and the hope we left behind.

Together, we will grow our membership, strengthen fellowship, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver sustainable projects that create lasting impact in our communities.

I am grateful to every Rotarian, our families, friends, partners, and guests who joined us to celebrate the beginning of this journey.

The work has begun, and I look forward to serving alongside an incredible team as we continue to put Service Above Self."
