This year’s theme inspires us to rise together with resilience and purpose. We advocate for equitable access to testing and treatment, fiercely combating stigma with compassion. Every woman deserves the knowledge, tools, and supportive environment to protect her health and secure her future.

While we are fortunate to live in peace, our hearts ache for those in war zones, where trauma runs deeper than the destruction of buildings—it shatters minds and communities.

💔 War doesn’t just displace bodies; it disrupts souls.
💡 This year’s theme reminds us: Mental health services must reach the most vulnerable, even in chaos.
