Dear school proprietors,
Stop hiring teachers based on certificates alone.
Not every “qualified” person is fit to stand before children.
Children don’t only learn Mathematics and English, they copy behaviour, attitude, and identity.
If a teacher cannot present clear, disciplined, and responsible conduct,
that teacher has no business shaping young minds.
This is not wickedness.
This is responsibility.
Schools are not experiments.
Parents did not send their children to “figure things out.”
Be strict.
Be intentional.
Be careful who you expose children to.
Because one wrong influence,
can confuse what a parent has spent years building.
