Our Vision
A world where all children have equal access to Education regardless of their Financial or Social Status In the society. Our Organization
Hyper Initiative Network - HIN is a Zambian based network of like-minded people who have come together to help children who are out of school because of basic Educational needs to go back to school. We are non-gov
ernmental and non-denominational. All the work we do is made possible through the generous support of the network and well-wishers. Our work is based on five core beliefs
• We believe that every child deserves an Education
• We are stronger when we work together.
• We believe that change should start from within ourselves
• We believe that it is our responsibility to develop our own communities
• We believe in promoting children's rights for the better tomorrow
Our priorities for the coming years are to:
1. Start with children in vulnerable communities, and sponsor them in the community schools, mentor them through primary and secondary school.
2. Advocate for change by:
• Initiating Discussions on Developing Africa through Educating our Kids with Zambians within Zambians in Diaspora.
• Challenging the community and Diaspora to help keep vulnerable kids in school through campaigns and advocacy.
3. Engage relevant professionals in our work and document processes, experience and expertise for others to be able to replicate this work across Zambia and the African Continent. What we do
Zambian children face a harsh reality. Thousands have been orphaned by AIDS and live a life without parental care, many of them in wallowing poverty. Access to Basic education is nothing but a dream to children in some communities in Zambia. It is against this background that Hyper Initiative Network (HIN) decided to initiate its work in Zambia to be able to help the vulnerable children access basic Education. Children receiving help from HIN receive assistance in form of school fees, uniforms and school supplies at Community and public government schools and a Mentorship program throughout High School and helping them secure scholarships for college and University Education. HIN is working with local communities and organizations in Zambia to design Sponsorship programs for vulnerable kids. Targeted to help children from Early Childhood to primary school. Our programs help prepare kids whose parents cannot afford to take them to school get a chance to a better life in future. Thanks to the generous support from our community of sponsors, these essential programs in Zambia continue to narrow the gap of literacy and accord the opportunity to the kids to learn, and be who they want to be in future.
