Happy New Year 🎊💖

We finished 2025 in style, and on behalf of Twafweni, I am excited to share a brief report on one of our end-of-year activities 31.12.2025.

We had the honor of hosting a group of young adults known as St. Mary’s Vocational Group, who paid us a visit to interact with our children and share meaningful discussions on career choices and life direction.

The vocational team was led by Brother Chilakata, Chairperson Joseph, and three other brothers. They were warmly welcomed by the Twafweni team, which also included Madam Royce from YMCA and Mitchell.
During the visit, three career talks were delivered by Madam Jennifer, Royce, and Mitchell.
Madam Jennifer emphasized the importance of purpose and identity. She encouraged the youth to take time to discover their God-given purpose and to always give thanks to the Almighty, reminding them that life itself is a gift from God. She further highlighted that one’s true purpose can only be discovered when we align ourselves with Him.
This was followed by inspiring talks from Madam Royce and Mitchell, who focused on the importance of challenging oneself, embracing growth, and stepping beyond comfort zones.
The session was enriching, inspiring, and deeply appreciated by both the children and the Twafweni team. We are grateful to St. Mary’s Vocational Group for their time, wisdom, and commitment to empowering young people.

Our Team hosted a tremendous event over the weekend as we sent back our Twafweni Children back to school. There were interesting activities from dance, poetry and many others. As we reminded our children to remember their purpose and impontance life, coupled with Education. Each child walked away with school materials.
It was a day filled with love, care and support.
Aid Organisation is more than an organisation, it's family supporting family and community supporting community.

I'm writing to express my gratitude for this great opportunity for our Twafweni Aid Organisation - Project Tgezao , welcome our Twafweni volunteers who arrived for vacation or exchange visit yesterday.
These people worked tirelessly for the organisation to be where it is today ,together with other volunteers and it is the best way we thought we could share our gratitude🙏🌹
The journey began in 2019, I had dreams and ideas for the community but how this was going to work out, i had no idea.
My son informed me about 2 young ladies who were looking for something to keep them active as they navigate through life.
I organised for a meet up, and the Twafweni journey started unfolding. 🙏🙌🥳
One of our girls, just completed her Nursing school, sponsored under Twafweni Aid Organisation.
We have many more young men and women we have already sponsored and we are still doing this.
Thanks to friends and families who help us in anyway possible. We're grateful 🙏.
Twafweni Aid Organisation, is not just an organisation, it's more of a family.
In our very small way, we are able to change lives.
I would like to take the chance to thank the embassy in Zambia , for the opportunity of visas, bearing in mind that, it can be so frustrating with visa applications, thankfully, all worked for good, "Together we can"🙏🌹
Its in a small way, step by step until you get there, that matters.
We recognise Katondo community for the trust and support they have showed our organisation.

This was our official launch of our Twafweni Aid Organisation - Project Tgezao - 2023. We had been operating since 2019,we have touched many lives, we are still doing and will continue doing what we love ❤️ No, we still don't have sponsors even up until now but, we still share the little things we have with our Twafweni Children. We officially adopted 14 children but we're at more than 70. It's Grace GRACE GRACE and we are grateful for this opportunity 🙏 ❤️ 🙌 ♥️

People of the world that warms my heart ❤️ 💙
Just to mention that, we had our Twafweni Children who made it to 8th and 10th Grade....
It's so fulfilling to see these community young lives choosing to be responsible of ones self and the commitment of thier participation, is just admirable.
