I am a 21 year old girl based in one of the cities. I am a student at a certain college. After first mid sem results I didn't do very well in a certain course. I went to meet the lecturer to understand what I can do to improve because otherwise I would fail to pull up and avoid a repeat.

Somehow I began a friendship with this lecturer that he assured me I will pass and he would share me money. Eventually he started asking me to meet him and hang out. I had a boyfriend this time but I had to lie to him to meet with this lecturer.

Fastforward, it was one day he asked me to es**rt him to visit his mother. We will spend a night, he will book me a room. He told me he wanted company. He booked a room for me and went to see his mum. Later he came to say goodnight to me around 8pm. One thing led to the other and before I knew it, he was inside me without a condom. He slept in my room.

Back at school, it just became a habit. In a week we met 2 or 3 times for s*x.

Fastforward, during holiday ya 2nd year which was 2021, my boyfriend called to tell me that he just tested HIV positive and I have infected him. Because I'm the only girl he has slept with. He is 21 like me so told me I wad his first 😭😭

He went for testing because he heard a rumour about me and the lecturer. I went to test too and came out positive as well. Fastforward, my boyfriend didn't handle it very well. He got weeded last year and we don't talk anymore. Am about to finish Uni but I feel sorry for myself,,,I hate my lecturer. I never told him about HIV because I knew he'd never accept. 😭 I just don't talk to him anymore. Now am hearing a rumour he's sleeping with a certain 1st year girl. I don't know if I should report him to the College because I have evidence of him and me having a s*xual relationship.

You'll advise me but that's my story 😭 I just think I am so young to be positive. It hurts me.

MISSING GWEMBE DAD FOUND WITH WOMAN IN LUSAKA LODGE

A 55-year-old man from Gwembe District in Southern Province, who was reported missing on July 10, 2024, has been discovered in a compromising situation.

Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale tells Byta FM Zambia that Farewell Moonga was found with a 37-year-old woman inside a room at a lodge in Kanyama compound.

"The case began when Moonga visited his 31-year-old daughter in Lusaka’s Chainda compound. On July 8, 2024, around 15:00 hours, he allegedly left home and never returned," explains Mwale.

"Concerned for his safety, his daughter promptly reported him as a missing person to the police."

Mwale reveals that on July 10, 2024, around 12:30 hours, Moonga’s daughter received a phone call from an unknown person using her father’s contact number.

"The caller claimed to be a Police Officer-In-Charge from an undisclosed police station and stated that they were holding Mr Moonga in custody," he says.

"Demanding a ransom of K3,000, the caller insisted on the payment for the victim’s release."

Police investigators intensified their efforts, leading to a breakthrough on July 13, 2024.

They discovered Moonga with the woman inside a room at a named lodge in Kanyama compound.

Further investigations revealed that the K3,000 ransom was needed to settle accumulated bills incurred by Moonga and the woman during their stay at the lodge.

As a result, Moonga is now detained in police custody.
