We recently conducted an outreach program in Kachipu, Katete District, aiming to empower rural mothers/ women and communities with knowledge on SGBV and skills to improve nutrition and health outcomes using local foods.

The program was a success, with 30 rural mothers and caregivers participating in nutrition education.

Participants learned about balanced diets, breastfeeding, and healthy cooking methods, using local foods.

The community leaders expressed gratitude for the program, highlighting the need for such initiatives in their area. We're committed to continuing our work with the community to promote better nutrition and health outcomes.
