Round Table Chingola No - 7 Table is a Non-Political, Non-Sectarian Association of Young Professional Men between the ages of 18 and 40 whose membership is based on Community Service

Round Table is a non – political, non – sectarian association of young men between the ages of 18 and 40, embracing representatives of nearly every profession and occupation. Its objects are the encouragement of high ethical standards, the promotion of social communication and fellowship among young professional and business men, the stimulation of individual interest in everything affecting the public welfare, and the promotion of understanding amongst people of different cultural, linguistic and political backgrounds. Round Table Zambia has been a member of Round Table International since 1975. Membership of Round Table International is spread across 52 different countries. We as Round Table are the largest voluntary organisation of young men in the world. As with every service organisation membership to Round Table is voluntary and does not come with any remuneration whatsoever. However the benefits that accrue to a member as a matter of course are immense.

Chingola Round Table Number 7 Demonstrates Commitment to Community Service Through Hospital Donation

In a continued effort to support the well-being of our community, Chingola Round Table No. 7, accompanied by our sister club Chingola Ladies Circle 11, representatives from the 41ner Club, and members of the Association at large, proudly conducted a donation to Nchanga North General Hospital on Friday 5th May, 2026

The donation, valued at approximately K90,000, included 60 hospital mattresses (40 adult mattresses and 20 pediatric mattresses), 36 blankets and pillowcases, as well as one hospital stretcher.

These items were provided to help improve patient care a
nd support the hospital's ongoing efforts to deliver quality healthcare services to the people of Chingola and surrounding communities.

This initiative reflects the core values of Round Table and its affiliated organizations—service, fellowship, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We recognize the critical role that healthcare institutions play in our society and remain committed to partnering with stakeholders to address community needs where possible.

Chingola Round Table No. 7 extends its sincere appreciation to all members, partners, and supporters who contributed towards making this donation a success.

Together, we continue to demonstrate that by working hand in hand, we can create a lasting positive impact in our community.
