Menstrual health is about more than hygiene
it is connected to girls’ dignity, education, health and empowerment.
Through menstrual health programs, girls can learn about safer products, proper hygiene practices, reusable alternatives and how to make informed choices about their health.
Promoting safe and sustainable menstrual care also helps fight stigma, support gender equality and protect the environment.
Every girl deserves to manage her period safely, confidently and with dignity.

Did you know that May is Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Month? 🌸
This month is dedicated to raising awareness about menstrual health, breaking the stigma, and promoting access to safe and dignified hygiene for all girls and women.
Menstrual health matters it affects education, confidence and overall well-being. No girl should miss school or feel ashamed because of her period.
Let’s use this month to start conversations, support one another, and take action where we can. Together, we can create a world where menstruation is understood, accepted and supported.
