As much as we have REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY in South Africa, that means we elect the representatives to our National and Provincial Parliament and to the Municipal Council to represent our interests and govern on our behalf. They do not practice PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY because they do not consult us on decisions that affect us.
They only think for their own pockets and interests.
