🌍✨ Supporting Widows and Empowering Communities in Zimbabwe! ✨🌍

We are excited to share our mission trip to Zimbabwe, where we are making a positive impact on the lives of widows and their children. Our goal is to provide them with chickens, offering a sustainable source of income and nourishment for their families. 🐓🙏

By providing chickens, we aim to empower these resilient women to become self-sufficient entrepreneurs, enabling them to support their families and create a better future. The benefits of this initiative are manifold:

1️⃣ Economic Empowerment: The chickens will not only provide a source of nutritious food but also generate income through the sale of eggs and poultry products. This newfound income will help these widows provide for their children’s education, healthcare, and other essential needs.

2️⃣ Food Security: The chickens will contribute to improving the nutritional intake of the widows and their children. Eggs are a rich source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, promoting better health and well-being.

3️⃣ Community Development: By supporting widows, we are investing in the overall development of the community. As these women thrive, they become role models, inspiring others and fostering a sense of empowerment and unity.

🐓🇿🇼We are taking our annual mission trip to Zimbabwe!

This year we are sourcing live chickens that will provide for 500 widows!

The chickens will be gifted and will offer sustained resources for a minimum of three years!

Offering each widow and her children a rooster and chicken will provide reproduction and eggs for years to come! Each widow will be educated on proper care and will be given the necessary items for feeding and tending to the chickens!🐓🇿🇼

Youth Enrichment 💛
A HUGE part of our overseas ministry efforts is the youth enrichment element. We use this time to teach the children about our awesome God, about self-love and self-affirmation with the basis of God’s love, we spend time highlighting teamwork and taking care of one another. We are so grateful for the time we get to spend with the youth and because of your generosity we are able to provide the students with paper, crayons, chalk, bibles, soccer balls, and food! Thank you, thank you, and THANK YOU - you make this all possible!💛

We are exactly $954 away from accomplishing the following:

•150 Goats to distribute to the widows and their children
•300 individual hygiene packs for the widows and their children
•300 cases of food (Rice, oils, sugar, etc..) for the widows and their children
•Feeding 300 children on site for 3 days in the local villages
•Feeding 300 widows on site for 3 days in the local villages

A giant part of our program when we pair up with is youth enrichment! We spend hours with these intelligent and creative children combing through Bible lessons, coloring, dancing, singing and playing games! We learn just as much from them as they do from us if not far, far more! These photographs were taken at we are incredibly grateful for the warm and authentic welcome we always receive! God’s voice is truly amplified!
