* Identify and compile a list of community projects, NPO’s, NGO’s, small businesses, and Co-operatives.
* Assist the community organizations in compliance and capacity issues
* Developing models for projects to ensure sustainability and continuity.
* Serve as a management company for project implementation, ensuring accountability, sustainability and
continuity.
* Assist com
munity projects and organizations in identifying and managing Risk and Liability issues.
* Serve as a general management company for community projects and community organizations, making sure administration, accounting, human resources, operations management, marketing, monitoring,
evaluation and reporting is done. For Municipalities…
* Evaluate the level of CSI, LED, Localization, and SLP compliance of businesses operating within the municipality.
* Develop strategies and models to be used for accessing the funds and benefits from businesses that operate in the municipality.
* Work as a bridge between business and the municipality to cut through red tape and expedite the processes and compliance required to ensure timely implementation of programs and projects.
* Make sure the municipality collects CSI, LED, Localization, and SLP that is due to it from the business that operate within the municipality.
* Will also serve as a implementing agent and/or management company to provide the necessary capacity required and to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and sustainable.
