📚Did you know that 83% of South Africans read in some form, according to the 2023 National Reading Survey? Despite this, 63% of households don't have a single book. This shows a preference for digital reading.

At BLC, we prioritize reading physical books and exploring the worlds within them!

Books are precious, and we teach children to handle them with care.

Can you imagine life without books? 📚We certainly can't! They are essential to our learning process.

🌟🖍🌟Happy🌟🖍🌟Crayon🌟🖍🌟Day🌟🖍🌟

We had such a fun time today of only using CRAYONS! All pencils, khokis, pens etc were put away for the day😄

We cannot imagine what our BLC lives would be like without our colourful crayons!

Fun Fact:
The first box of Crayola crayons was produced on June 10, 1903🙀
This means that our beloved crayons are 123 years old! Amazing🤠🥳

Like this post if you will always have a soft spot for crayons, and you love colour as much as we do here at BLC!!🙌🖍📒💖

These pictures are some blasts from the past of us using crayons to do all our fun learning🤗
