Zulukama youth Development Page for Youth in and around the Zulukama Area. The Zulukama Youth in Farming has active Youth members in all 36 Villages.

This youth saw sport clubs being revived in each village, to date these clubs hold an annual sport tournament with mini tournaments monthly. Youth in Farming has 30 registered youth co-operatives with 5 + members each. These Co-ops were trained on vegetable and livestock farming through the help of the NYDA, some of them were sent to Fort Cox College to train them for potato and butternut producti

on. 6 Co-ops have already secured about R490 000 each from Imvaba Trust Fund to start their businesses. Through the efforts of Zulukama Investment Trust, INDIBANO OT HARVEST and Chris Hani Municipality these 7 Youth Co-ops being given 100 ewes and 4 Rams each to start their Wool Production business. The Youth Initiative has through the facilitation of the Zulukama Trust initiated an unemployed Graduates Assistance program as an intervention to facilitate their job placement
