Hlumisa Foundation HLUMISA FOUNDATION is a registered Non-Profit Organization (278-864 NPO) dedicated to rural development through social innovation.

We do this through Community development, Networking, Aftercare services for children and much more.. Our services are provided to community members of the Enoch Mgijima Municipality in the Eastern Cape. This is a big municipality therefore programs will be run based on the needs of the community in consultation with community members.
