Four suspected cash-in-transit robbers shot dead in Bronkhorstspruit

Gauteng police have shot and killed four suspected robbers in a shootout that took place in Bronkhorstspruit on Thursday.

According to police, the suspects were believed to be part of a gang involved in cash-in-transit heists across the province. A fifth suspect managed to escape and is currently being sought by authorities.

Police have confirmed that fi****ms and vehicles suspected to have been used in previous robberies were recovered at the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
