Dear Friend and Supporter,
For many of us, a warm meal is something we can easily take for granted. But for thousands of vulnerable people in our communities, knowing where their next meal will come from is a daily concern.
At Virginia Meals on Wheels, we have the privilege of serving nutritious meals to people who need them most — including the elderly, children, struggling families, and individuals facing difficult circumstances.
But we cannot do it alone.
Every meal we prepare has a cost. We need to purchase meat, vegetables and other ingredients, keep our kitchens operating, fuel our delivery vehicles, and ensure that meals reach the people who depend on us.
We are therefore humbly appealing to individuals, businesses, churches and organisations to consider supporting Virginia Meals on Wheels financially.
No contribution is too small. Every rand can become part of a meal, and every meal can bring hope.
