REMINDER: VODS Music Group starts tomorrow!

The VODS Music Group officially kicks off tomorrow night, 3 February, at the Clubhouse from 18h00. So, it's time that you dust off your instruments and come make music with us! We’ve got some exciting songs lined up for the year and plans to perform.

You don’t need to be able to read music, we’ll help you learn the parts on your instrument as we go. Please note that the sheet music on the drive may not always be in the original key, but we’ll sort that out in rehearsal depending on the needs of the musicians/singers.
It’s advisable to print the sheet music and bring it with you to rehearsals.

If you know any instrumentalists or singers who might be keen to join, please share this information with them because we’d love to grow the group!

Good afternoon, VODS members. We have noted that many musicians who would like to participate in the Music Group are unavailable on the 27th, which would result in low attendance. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to start together, the Music Group will begin one week later, on 3 February.

Love making music? Come make it with us!

The VODS Music Group welcomes prospective musicians who simply enjoy playing and performing together. Our 2026 programme begins on 27 January, and we’re always keen to grow our musical community.

All you need is your own instrument and a love for music-making. Annual membership is R120.00, allowing you to learn, perform, and be part of our concerts and productions throughout the year.
