Ms Shoni Munyai is a distinguished entrepreneur, speaker, life coach, and image, wellness & beauty consultant, as well as the founder of Shoni Cosmetics. She is passionate about empowering women to embrace their authentic identity, align purpose with presence, and use their influence to create meaningful impact.

With extensive experience across the beauty, lifestyle, and corporate sectors, she has worked with companies, agencies, designers, and pageants, while also spending 10 years in pharmaceutical clinical research operations. She currently serves as the National President of the Global Forum of Women Entrepreneurs (South Africa) and Vice-Chancellor of Megaphōs Prophetic School, where she helps equip and empower women and believers for leadership, entrepreneurship, and spiritual growth.

Our second speaker is Kefiloe Kolopang a Data Engineer at one of South Africa’s leading banks and a rising voice in STEM leadership.

She is the Founder and CEO of A Promise NPO, focused on youth empowerment and equipping young people with tools and opportunities to thrive. She also serves as Senior Executive for Strategic Planning and Communications at the ABC Community Network, driving strategy and community impact initiatives.

Kefiloe is a former Miss Commonwealth South Africa 2020 and 2nd Runner-Up at Miss Polo Universe 2025 in Dubai, where she represented South Africa on a global stage. She is also a public speaker, entrepreneur, and thought leader passionate about bridging opportunity gaps for young people in underserved communities, as well as co-founder of MaZwá Botanical House.
