Good morning all..

Most Chronic illnesses are being celebrated but no one talks about kidney disease.

The reason why most of our black people dont donate, it is because they lack knowledge on how to donate.

Someone ones said to me that he will not donate because he will die after they take out one of his kidneys. I then explained to him.Hence I am saying our people lack knowledge thats all.

The only way they would know what do to is by educating them. I will be doing health awareness in different places from next week.

Lets remember to spread the word about this silent killer and how people can contact us if they want to donate.

I have good news for everyone💃💃💃💃

As we all know that March is national kidney month right.

On the 21st of March we having WORLD KIDNEY DAY, the day we appreciating everyone living with this silent killer, dialysing everyday or 2 to 3 times a week for 4hours wothput fail and still trying to live hoping one day someone out there will save their lives by donating.

I the founder of Ndosi Kidney & Organ Donor is also one of those patients .

Let us take care of our kidneys by drinking enough water, eating healthy, checking our sugar and high blood pressure.

Happy new year bo chomi baka.

It has been a long journey that was filled with lots of setbacks but we back again.

Lets start this new year by saving lives. A lot of young people are living with this silent killer Kidney Failure. We cant let our future leaders suffer like this when we have a way of saving their lives by donating.

Some people will ask, how do we donate? What happens after ome has donated?Do i get money for donating?Who pays hospital bills?

We focusing on three habits:

1) Staying hydrated(Meaning drinking water, not a lot and not too little).
2) Normalizing on checking our high blood pressure and sugar that they are still on normal ranges.
3) Checking what kind of food we eating.(Eating according to our blood type)
