Mekayla Memorial NPC is once again preparing to bring joy and hope to the children and elderly in our community through our annual Children's Christmas Party and Christmas Lunch for the Elderly.

We cannot do it alone. We are reaching out to businesses, organisations and individuals to partner with us and help make this Christmas extra special.

We are looking for sponsorships of:

🍽️ Food and groceries
🥤 Cooldrinks and snacks

MOTIVATIONAL LETTER FOR SPONSORSHIP – SOUP DRIVE 2026

Dear Sir/Madam,

I trust this letter finds you well.

We respectfully request your support for our upcoming Soup Drive, scheduled for 19 July 2026, organized by Mekayla Memorial NPC. Our organization is dedicated to uplifting and supporting vulnerable members of our community through various outreach initiatives throughout the year.

The purpose of this Soup Drive is to provide warm, nutritious meals to underprivileged children, the elderly, and families facing financial hardship during the winter season. With the rising cost of living and increasing levels of unemployment, many individuals in our community struggle to meet their basic daily needs.

Through this project, we aim to serve hundreds of beneficiaries and bring hope, dignity, and comfort to those who need it most. However, we cannot achieve this without the assistance of generous sponsors and community partners.

We kindly request sponsorship in the form of:
* Soup ingredients (vegetables, meat, soup mix, spices, etc.)
* Bread
* Financial contributions
* Disposable bowls, cups, and spoons
* Blankets or winter necessities
