❤️ **PLEASE HELP MY BROTHER — WE URGENTLY NEED YOUR HELP** ❤️

I am asking for help with my brother, who has **muscular dystrophy, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder**.

Since January, his health has deteriorated rapidly. He was taken to hospital **eight times**, and after several admissions, he came home unable to walk and dependent on diapers.

We tried placing him in frail care, but because of his medical and behavioural difficulties, they could no longer accommodate him.

He is now back home, and **we are caring for him ourselves**.

I love my brother and will do everything I can for him. But I cannot provide everything he needs on my own.

🙏 **WE URGENTLY NEED HELP WITH:**

• Adult diapers
• Transport to hospital and medical appointments
• Medication for his legs and muscles that the state hospital does not provide
• A caregiver to help with bathing, hygiene and daily activities
• Financial assistance towards his ongoing care
