Today VESCO is a fully fletched BBBEE compliant company with various community driven activities and programmes. The VESCO Group has several affiliated companies that address Community growth and wellbeing.
- Monyetla Services is a prominent labour contractor. It also provides various other employment services, focusing on recruitment and placement. In addition, Monyetla also provides HR, payroll, recruitment and other related services.
- Real Tree, another subsidiary of VESCO, focusses on project related service contracts and is committed to provide the best professional service in the
industry and to maintain the highest level of service delivery. This company strives to build a trusted long-term relationship with their clients, to assist them with their staffing needs, allowing them to concentrate on their core business.
- VCE (VESCO Community Enterprises)
VESCO Community Enterprises (VCE) manages community projects to the benefit of our local community and the local economy. Projects include welfare community, charitable and economic community projects. VCE is also involved in the training and development of learners channelled via the Science Centres of ArcelorMittal South Africa.
- VESCO-EKO Contracts provides a variety of services to develop and maintain our physical environment through landscaping and gardening services.
- Tjokkerland provides a full-scale schooling and child-care service for the community at a reasonable cost. ArcelorMittal South Africa has the sole right to appoint the board of VESCO by virtue of VESCO’s Articles of Association.
