Organization for Leaders in Action

OLA is a social structure that deals with raising awareness of different structures and their functions, and to liaise with all departments in building a unified student community OLA (Organization for Leaders in Action) is a brain – child of leaders, whom went through a first year leadership boot – camp that was organized by the Student Support (Governance) in consultation with the Student Repres

entation Council. The main objective was to enhance and develop first-year students, and to provide a platform towards progressive leadership by equipping them with necessary tools. Topics covered included;

• Leadership and it’s Controversies
• Mastering Self and Personal Branding
• Leadership Success and constraints
• Project Management
• Conflict Management Strategies
• and Emotional Intelligence

With high morale and motivation re-born leaders felt a need to initiate a progressive movement in a form of an organization that not only leads students but becomes an empire to the well – being of the student community.
