Future Leaders On an Academic Mission - FLOAM NPC FLOAM is a non-profit company with reg no: 2018/259816/08 and a 135% B-BBEE procurement recognition

The organisation was established in January 2018 by the founder and the co-founders namely Bigboy Madihlaba and Lutendo Choma. Back then the program only had winter classes due to the fact that all tutors were university students but it was really a great time for both the founder and his team to help their former high school pupils. However due to the commitments the team had during those years,

they were unable to run the program from 2015 to 2017. After the founder and co-founders realise the importance of education and how the program helped the matriculants of 2014 they decided to revive it, establish and register it with the relevant entities to continue its operations. MOTTO

VISION

To be the stimulating agents in the information dispersing and eradication of the poor academic performance in local high schools

MISSION STATEMENT

1. To prevent stampedes at institutions during registration period by organizing and facilitating informative career exhibitions.
2. To become the best performing Saturday school and the best part time tutoring program in South Africa by 2028.
3. To deliver extremely adequate academic excellence by fulfilling learners needs according to the parents expectations.
4. To produce creative and innovative future leaders by providing quality education.
5. To assist the underprivileged schools with career guidance, one-one-one career counselling and assist in online applications for both bursaries and academic admission.
