On 24 October 2025, the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment hosted an inspiring Awareness Program at Koda Multipurpose Centre, bringing our community together to learn, share, and take action for a greener future.

As part of the initiative, trees were planted on our premises - a lasting reminder of the importance of protecting our environment and nurturing growth in our community🌳💚

📢 Computer LiteracyTraining! 💻

As KODA MCDA, we are thrilled to share that our computer literacy classes have officially launched. Ten of our dedicated volunteers participated in the inaugural session this past Thursday. Their enthusiasm and commitment to acquiring new skills have inspired us, and we are eager to support them on this educational journey. The next class is slated for this coming Thursday🗓, and we are excited to witness our volunteers' progress as they navigate different aspects of computer use and digital literacy.

We want to express our most profound appreciation to Mr. Dewald Willemse from the National Development Agency (NDA) for his generous contribution of laptops💻, which has been instrumental in facilitating this essential training.🙏
