Ending Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) in the World of Work demands more than policy - it demands a culture shift. We must champion Positive Masculinity. GBVH is a pervasive human rights violation that undermines dignity and economic security globally. The G20 South Africa Presidency is driving efforts to make safe, inclusive workplaces a global economic priority.

As Ms. Tandi Nzimande, CEO of the Gender-Based Violence and Femicide Response Fund, emphasizes: "This is not a uniquely South African issue. This is a global crisis that demands global action. Cognisant of the shifts in human rights that we are witnessing on the global stage, it is critical that we use our G20 Presidency to ensure that the fundamental right to work free from violence and harassment stays at the forefront of economic policy discussions."

True strength is built on accountability, empathy, and allyship. How can you champion accountability and respect in your workplace?
