LESEDI is derived from a Setswana word meaning Light, thus our slogan of ‘Enlightening Lives’. We aim to empower communities through access to resources, opportunities and investments to enable them to champion their own development by helping communities have connected and coordinated com

munity development initiatives using an Asset Based Community Development model. Our community development approach is multi-disciplinary in nature and caters to various sectors of the socio-economic strata namely, Arts & Culture, Civic Engagement, Economic Development, Environment, Health, Skills Development and Sports and Recreation.
