The Haven of Rest has a Halfway House Program for recovering substance users who come to us from treatment centres.

The Haven of Rest has a Halfway House Program for recovering substance users who come to us from treatment centres. The main aim of our program is to equip clients with skills important in sustaining their recovery. The program is designed to equip clients with knowledge, tools and skills that will enhance Relapse Prevention, Life Skills, Skills Development and Family Conferencing. Our Service use

rs have sessions throughout the day. Fun outings are planned for the beach and park, which takes place every week. Sporting activities are played twice a week. Friendly soccer matches are played with the local church. Any feedback or comment you have is welcome

You are a blessing not only to this generation but to the coming generation. May God continue to make your faith stronger and stronger, and may He grant all your hearts desires as you continue to grow in mind and spirit.

You will achieve that strong desire in you to deliver as many people as possible from darkness into the light of God. You are in God's palm and whoever is with Him shall never fail, but continue to succeed in whatever you touch.

Markey day 2020 is just a week away and we are excited about whats in store...

Entertainment from international saxophonist, Andrew Young, loads of food from bunnies, breyani, Tikka and more...and stalls which include clothing to crockery and books to appliances!

We have delicious pancakes, fruit slushies, popcorn and many more tasty treats.

Fun for the kiddies and the whole family including pony rides and quad bikes to name a few.

A day out for both young and old, we cater for you all.

Entrance is just R50 which goes towards the sustainability of the Haven of Rest.
