Litshani Vhana-Vha-De Foundation is non-profit organisation that renders the welfare of the services to orphans, vulnerable children and youth in the rural areas of the Thulamela Municipality in Limpopo Province, South Africa.
Recently we had an event where we envited different stakeholders. The purpose of the event was to do an out-reach to four different primary school to look for those children who misbehave/bully/uncontrollable (bad behaviour) and do need analysis also do camping with them teach them how to live with others at home, school or anywhere.
Regarding the above mentioned event, stake holders had a positive experience towards the event. They also admired how the event was well organized, throughout they felt they were offered a pleasant experience. Stakeholders felt prioritized and also felt that their needs were well taken care.
In terms of participants they made comments towards the event for its informative and engaging sessions. The content that was offered kept attendees captivated because of its highly relevance and beneficial. Speakers and presenters were appreciated for sharing their expertise and valuable insights. Stakeholders showed their gratitude being given and opportunity to network during the event which they got an opportunity to learn and connect with one another.
Furtherly, stakeholders the organisation event, they expressed satisfaction with how the process of registration, clear communication, and how logistics were handled. They praised how friendly and approachable the staff and volunteers, and were always available to attend queries and addressing concerns.
The event atmosphere were described as welcoming, inclusive, and conductive to foster a meaningful connections. Stakeholders had opportunities in engaging with fellow attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, which led to valuable collaboratins and partnerships. Moreover, stakeholders appreciated the event social activities and entertainment options, providing a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for everyone envolved.
We delighted for receiving a positive feedback from our stakeholders. Our event planning and ex*****on is driven by their satisfaction. We thank the input of our participants and for making the event successful.
