FORMAL LETTER OF VISION AND INTENT
Noma Ngabe Ezodaka Foundation
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally present the vision and mission of the Noma Ngabe Ezodaka Foundation, an organization founded with the purpose of contributing meaningfully to the social and developmental needs of young people, particularly those living in underserved rural communities.
My name is Nkosiyazi Mngadi, and as the founder, I am committed to establishing a sustainable initiative that focuses on uplifting the younger generation through education support, talent development, and skills empowerment.
The foundation seeks to address barriers that prevent learners from fully participating in their education by providing essential resources such as school shoes, thereby promoting dignity, school attendance, and learner confidence. We recognize that meeting basic needs is a critical step toward improving educational outcomes.
In addition, the organization is dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and showcasing the talents of young people, especially those under the ages of 13 and 15. Through the organization of structured soccer tournaments, we aim to encourage positive youth engagement, promote healthy lifestyles, build teamwork, and create opportunities for young athletes to develop their potential in a supportive environment.
A central long-term objective of the Noma Ngabe Ezodaka Foundation is the establishment of a School for Skills, which will serve as a platform for practical learning and personal development. This initiative is envisioned to equip young people with relevant skills that enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
Our primary area of focus is within rural communities, particularly in Umzikhulu town and surrounding areas, where access to developmental opportunities remains limited. The foundation is committed to working collaboratively with stakeholders, government institutions, and partners to ensure impactful and sustainable community development
