WORLD WATER DAY

Dear Friends

Every day is an important day - just for different reasons.

I would like to share a reminder with your that tomorrow, 22 March, is World Water Day. You can go to the wonderful World Water Community calendar and look for (or better ADD) an event that moves you. It is just about impossible to have a day without water in some kind of form. So spend some moments in gratitude. I recently heard Tara Brach talk about 'gladdening the mind'. Bring something that you are grateful for into your consciousness and stretch the amount of time that you feel that. See if you can feel grateful to and for the Waters for 30 seconds. Let that permeate through your experience. That could be one way to celebrate World Water Day. You could also draw a heart in the fog in your shower or dance in the rain or have your favourite hot drink or write a love poem to Water or, or or. Just as Water takes on the shape of the container that it is in, so can your expression of this day.

29 March is World Flowform Day. On this day, you could think of the first time you met a Flowform - the wonderful vessels that allow Water to be in her Element. I will think of the people who have touched my life and because of whom the river of my life has taken on a different route. Or of course you could order a Flowform or book a Water Phenomenology Play Session or learn to make your own. Now that would be a great way to honour the lineage of devotion to a path curve surface.....
