“At age 14, Elizanne started her first job as a sculler at a local restaurant. Four years later she went from waitress to bar lady then floor manager. This wasn't enough for a dynamic woman such as herself. Elizanne went on to complete her diploma in Hospitality and Restaurant management and after holding various positions within this industry, she opened her own restaurant, Edge by Ella at age 32 while being a single mother. She is driven by the amount of delighted customers she receives and people whom she has touched by inspiring them to do better. This boss lady also empowers and encourages her staff members to do better.”
