Fairhills Wines

Fairhills Wines Fairhills Association is a joint venture between Origin Wine, Du Toitskloof Winery and its worker community.

It is one of a kind in the world, whereby communities from different farming entities strive for a common goal, “Social Enhancement”. The Joint Body is the driving force behind the association guiding the project to fulfill the needs of the community. The Fairhills project is a very dynamic project in which the members (employees) have full control through the Joint Body committee. It is an 80% /

20% ratio with farm worker members and farm owners’ representatives and 1 representative from Origin Wine. All employees working on the farming entities within the project have ownership in the project and take decisions on information provided by the Joint Body.
