Son of the Soil Leadership Foundation Create an environment where previously disadvantaged youth of western cape can become active citizens and participate in building better communities.

The strongest focus of Son Of The Soil Leadership Foundation is to coach and mentor youth people so that they can discover their true potential. Our belief is not to reinvent the wheel of development and life-skills programmes, but rather to collaborate and synergise with existing programmes that are working within our scope of development. The most under-rated gap in the development space has been mentorship / support for young people exiting youth programmes . The lack of ensuring that youth move from one programme to a next in order to make a greater impact on the future of a youth person and to develop into a more holistic leader in his or her community, has for long been the missing link to a holistic approach. Our approach
Physical, Emotional , Mental , Spiritual, Skills , Information, Education And Referral . Our Vision
Creating an environment where previously disadvantaged youth of western cape can become active citizens and participate in building better communities. Breaking the cycle of poverty by minimising school dropouts among youth . Our mission
To inspire , empower and strengthen communities through authentic leadership.
