Our belief is not to reinvent the wheel of development and life-skills programmes, but rather to collaborate and synergise with existing programmes that are working within our scope of development. n mentorship / support for young people exiting youth programmes . The lack of ensuring that youth move from one programme to a next in order to make a greater impact on the future of a youth person and to develop into a more holistic leader in his or her community, has for long been the missing link to a holistic approach.
