Stellenbosch Trail Fund We are a non-profit organisation whose main aim is to create, improve and maintain all hiking, biking and running trails in and around Stellenbosch.

Official opening of the "Richard de Villiers riverway". Constructed in 2026, the riverway is named after Richard de Villiers, the founder of Stellenbosch Trail fund, a community based vollunteering organization.

The riverway was a community sponsored project, allowing school learners, students, other residents and visitors to commute safely on foot and on bicycles. A sincere thank you to every person and organization who donated towards the project and a special mention to Investec Bank, Pay@ and BSI consult, who were our key corporate sponsors
