oy their rights as enshrined in our Constitution and are respected and treated with dignity. Our goals are to empower and educate farm workers on their rights to be free from all forms of discrimination, whether in the house or workplace, and to create sustained awareness of strategies to address the impacts of discrimination against women in the workplace and at home; to educate farm workers about their social rights, which include Gender Based Violence, Substance Abuse, HIV/AIDS and Life Skills; to lobby for the rights and improvement of the living and working conditions of female farm workers; to provide mentoring and support to farm workers to exercise their rights; and to build strong leadership among farm workers to effect change in their communities. To accomplish our vision and mission, the organization bases its decisions and actions on the following core value: We view our work as the highest purpose life can hold - doing everything in our power to ensure that the most vulnerable sectors in our communities discover who they are, to see beyond the now and fulfill their rightful place in their respective communities.
