Jesyka has years of experience in ballet, contemporary dance, circus, aerial arts, fire dancing and Flow arts like poi, staff and fans, martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Karate. Through her work she is able to bring a sense of excitement back into getting fit by helping you gain full body awareness, strength, flexibility, co-ordination, self-confidence, if you train martial arts- the ability to defend oneself, and flow arts brings about amazing co-ordination and tapping into the state of flow. ✨Jesyka Sham brings this and her ability to bring the community together through events focused on performance art and dance.
