An Attempted murder case was opened against TWK Area Manager: Gerard Swart who opened fire at TWK employees. The employer fraudulently deducted monies,swaped Provident fund providers without concent,which left black employees failing to bury their loved ones, due to nonpayment by the unknown Provident Fund. Black Farm Workers are killed by white racists to cover their tracks.APTU president vowed to root out all the corruption and end attacks agaist black farm workers.

As South Africans commemorate Freedom Day today. Farm workers in Barberton are in Hospital after their Area Manager shot them for asking why the employer deducted monies from their salaries and as well as chamging their provident fund from RSF to Momentum without them knowing. An employee who lost his wife was unable to get his package. Barberton Farm Workers nightmare
