Rotary Club of Springs Gold — Induction Notice

Lauren Webber was officially inducted as incoming President of the Rotary Club of Springs Gold by outgoing President Andrew Irvine.

Thabo August was also inducted as a new member of the Rotary Club of Springs Gold.

The Rotary Club of Springs Gold was honoured to host District Governor Elect Grace Van Zyl, who was accompanied by her husband John Bintcliffe from the Rotary Club of Johannesburg, along with fellow Rotarians from the East Rand and friends of Rotary.

The induction ceremony and celebration took place at Riverside Country Estate on 6 June 2026.

SBHS Interact Club

Springs Boys' High School's Interact Club, after collecting bottle caps and bread tags in 2025, received this wheelchair from Wheels of Change.

This sponsorship will allow for someone in the community to be blessed , thanks to the Boys in Green! Your service and dedication is truly appreciated.

RC Springs Gold is so very proud of our Interact Club at Springs Boys’ High School who have collected bottle caps and are now in line to receive a wheelchair!
Thank you to Mr Rian Currie, a member of RC Springs Gold and a staff member at SBHS for driving this initiative and to Endura-SA for their support and assistance in sourcing a wheelchair.
