Our YLI students in Zimbabwe are learning that ethical, Godly leadership begins with listening, discussing, and deciding together, building the teamwork, trust, and clarity that turn good ideas into decisive action. Please keep these young leaders in your prayers as they grow in character and vision, and thank you for partnering with us to transform nations by developing leaders.

When a pastor grows, a congregation grows. When congregations grow, communities and nations are changed.
Please join us in celebrating this growth and praying for the continued success of the Kuruman Pastoral Program. 💛

🌱 EMIT WOMEN, TRANSFORMING LIVES IN KINSHASA, DRC 🇨🇩
Through EMIT Women Leadership training, Mbombo Kanika Gladys and her fellow women leaders turned their new skills into action. Together, they started a cassava farming project to fight hunger, create income and bring their community together.
Today, 15 families have an income, women and youth are working together, and 8 new people have joined their fellowship. 🙏
This is more than cassava, it is dignity, unity and a testimony of God’s provision. ❤️🌱

South African Pastoral Leadership Program starts today! 🇿🇦

This week, from today until Friday, a group of leaders gathers to learn, grow, and be equipped to make a lasting difference in their churches and communities.

Leadership is never just about one person. It's about the many lives that one transformed leader can touch.

Did you know?-Research by Nicholas Christakis and James Fowler found that behaviours and attitudes like happiness can spread through social networks up to three degrees of separation. When one leader changes, the impact can reach their friends, their friends' friends, and even people they will never meet.

That is why we invest in leaders. When a leader is transformed, a community begins to change.

"And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also."
2 Timothy 2:2 (NKJV))

Please join us in praying for our participants and facilitators this week, that every session would spark real, lasting change.

EMIT Pastoral Leadership Training has equipped Pastor Jean-Marie and local leaders to serve, identify needs, and create practical solutions. Their training helped transform emergency relief into opportunities for self-reliance, restoring confidence and dignity to displaced families. EMIT is developing leaders who empower others to rise, rebuild, and create a better future.

Congratulations to the newly elected 2027 Youth Leaders! 🌟
A very special congratulations to all the students who have been chosen to serve as elected school Leaders for 2027!

We would also like to acknowledge and celebrate the fact that 33 out of 51 of the elected students at Hoërskool Hugenote have taken part in our EMIT Youth Leadership Training. Your willingness to attend, participate, learn new skills, and grow as young leaders is something worth recognising.

A heartfelt word of thanks goes to the Headmaster and dedicated teachers of Hoërskool Hugenote, whose commitment and encouragement ensured that these leaders could successfully complete the EMIT program.

The training is only the beginning. As EMIT Youth Leaders, you now have the opportunity to put what you have learned into action, to encourage others, take responsibility, lead by example, and make a difference wherever you are.
