Dear public/Potential Donors and Sponsors our focus is not only on Children, Youth and Adults, but we also have senior citizens (From 60 years and above) who participate on active ageing programmes designed to mitigate the gap between the young and old and showcasing that age is just a number….

Here are some of the activities that our older persons engage in:
1. Sports and recreation-daily exercise at the centre to keep fit and also prepare for golden games with other clubs.
2. arts and crafts-creating garments and selling them to the public.
3. Monthly social ills awareness trainings, to keep up with evolving information.
4. Singing and choir practices.
5. Yoga to stimulate their minds and bodies.
6. Debriefing outings and tours and many more
7. Safe guarding against any older person abuse and neglect.

We are currently looking for sponsors for gym tracksuits, water bottles, caps, balls for exercising…feel free to tag business owners/shops who knows a sponsor could be on your contact list. Thank you
