It’s been a minute… 🤍

We’ve been a little quiet on here, but behind the scenes… it’s been full. Full of planning, preparing, stretching, and pouring into our coaches as they got ready to step into schools and hold space for our educators.

The past few weeks have been demanding… early mornings, late nights, moments of “can we really do this?” - but also moments that reminded us exactly why we started... 🤍

Sitting in those rooms… watching educators open up, share, reflect… and hearing “I didn’t realise I needed this” - that did something to us... 🥹... it filled our hearts in a way we can’t quite explain.

Because this isn’t just work for us… it’s personal.
It’s lived. It’s purpose. It's a calling.

The conversations.
The breakthroughs.
The quiet shifts happening in real time.

This is why we do what we do.

Because when we support the educator… we’re not just impacting one person - we’re creating a ripple effect that touches every learner, every classroom, every future.

And this… is only the beginning!

There’s so much more and we can’t wait to share with you - the journey, the lessons, the real moments in between.

Walk with us on this journey... and witness the impact we're creating... 🌱

TWO HEARTS, ONE DREAM – A VISION REALIZED... ❤️

Today, we had the honour of being invited to the Gauteng Department of Education to officially sign our partnership agreement - a sacred moment where purpose, passion, and persistence all came full circle... 🙏🏽

It’s one thing to dream... but to stand in the very space where your vision becomes a living, breathing reality - that’s something else entirely. This isn’t just a milestone. It’s a reminder that when hearts align and intentions are pure, the universe conspires in the most beautiful ways.

This journey wasn’t always easy. But we held the vision, even when the path was unclear. We believed in the power of impact, in the strength of connection, and in the truth that we are always guided when we move with LOVE.

To anyone still holding onto a dream - don’t let go. Trust the process. Keep showing up. One day, you’ll look back and realize… it all led you here.

Here’s to divine alignment, shared purpose, and building something that matters... 💚

With mental wellness being at the heart of what we do, The I AM THAT Foundation is honoured to be working with the Department of Education to promote Educator Wellness in schools.

Being an educator in today’s world is highly pressurized, and the once passion driven occupation has now evolved into one that is forsaken.

The risk that we face today is the depletion of highly experienced educators and this is driven by educator burnout, increased illness and progressive unrealistic expectations from all stakeholders.

The Foundation has created a program to take mental wellness to schools and to equip educators with the fundamental tools and techniques to overcome their challenges.

The aim is that the Educators become the best version of themselves, find the passion again for what they were called to do – and in turn they would change the dynamic of how they engage with the learners and uplift the learning experience in the classrooms.

The I AM THAT Foundation is looking to partner with coaches, to help deliver this phenomenal project at the schools.

Cheers to LOVE in all its forms!

Valentine’s Day is often thought of as a day for couples, but it’s so much more than that. 💖 It’s a reminder to celebrate all kinds of love—the love between friends, the love we have for ourselves, and yes, of course, romantic love too.

Sometimes, our friends mean more than anyone else. They’re the ones who stand by us, laugh with us, and support us through it all. True friendship is priceless, and it deserves to be celebrated. So, whether it’s a simple text, a heartfelt note, or a hug, take a moment today to let your friends know how much they mean to you. 💕

And don’t forget to show love to the most important person in your life - YOU. Self-love is the foundation of everything. It’s about accepting who we are, embracing our flaws, and giving ourselves the care we deserve. You are WORTHY of love, JUST AS YOU ARE. 💫

This Valentine’s Day let’s celebrate all the beautiful forms of love that make our lives richer. ❤️

I AM that is LOVE…is ALL there IS.

Caring for Our Educators: MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

As an NPC dedicated to mental health, we recognize the incredible dedication that educators bring to shaping young minds.

But we also understand that, in the midst of this selfless work, educators often carry emotional and mental burdens that are rarely acknowledged.

Educators give so much of themselves to society- and it’s time we show up for them in the same way.

By offering support and understanding, our aim is to create an environment where teachers would not only survive - but thrive—emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Last year we launched our Educator Mental Health Initiative—a heartfelt effort to support those who give selflessly to our children.
We provide a safe space for educators to access mental health resources, workshops, and support.
From stress-relief techniques to coping strategies, we help our educators take care of their own well-being, so they can continue to give their best to our children who need them the most.

We are thrilled to share that the pilot of our initiative for educators has been an overwhelming success.
From the very beginning, the response has been incredibly positive, with educators engaging wholeheartedly and embracing the support provided.

Through our weekly workshops, we have seen firsthand how important it is to create space for educators to nurture their own well-being.
The success of this pilot is a testament to the need for ongoing mental health support within the education sector.
We are deeply thankful for the unwavering support from the Gauteng Department of Education, the dedicated educators who took part in this initiative, and, of course, our generous sponsors whose contributions made this possible.
Your support has been invaluable in helping us make a meaningful impact, and we couldn’t have done it without each of you.

To all the educators out there—please know that your mental health matters.
You deserve space, time and care, just like the students you nurture.

I AM a catalyst for change!

Meet Our Co-Founders

At the heart of our nonprofit are two incredible individuals: Ren & Neri, who though so different in many ways, are bound by one unshakable passion and that is - making a real, lasting difference in the mental health space.

Their unique journey has shaped their approach to healing, allowing them to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Their own experiences with mental health challenges have fuelled a drive to empower others and create spaces where people can find healing and understanding. Together, they form an extraordinary team—each bringing their own strengths, perspectives, and experiences to the table. While their paths may have been different, their mission is clear: to break down the barriers around mental health, foster support, and create an environment where everyone’s mental well-being is prioritized and nurtured.

Their combined vision allows our nonprofit to be a place where diverse voices are heard, and healing happens in many forms. We are incredibly grateful for their leadership, passion, and unwavering dedication to making a difference.

Together, I AM stronger…Together, I AM healing because Together, I AM THAT- the support, the strength, the growth, and the transformation we create as one!

I AM...

In these two words lies the very FOUNDATION of creation – to say them is to step into your POWER and claim your place in it.

‘I AM’ is not a description – it’s a bold declaration in which it doesn’t explain but defines. When these words are spoken with intention is transforms the unseen into reality, drawing from the infinite potential of what could be and bringing it into what is.

Every time you speak the words 'I AM', the universe leans in, waiting to see how you'll define yourself next. It's not just a mantra; it’s a reflection. It shows who you are, and who you’re becoming.

So, what will you DECLARE today?

‘I AM LOVE’

‘I AM WORTHY’

‘I AM ENOUGH’
